Policy & Campaigns Manager – £42.000

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and ambitious Policy & Campaigns Manager to lead our public-facing work. With expertise developed in the academic, government, think tank, or charity sectors, you will have the knowledge and gravitas to influence key stakeholders at the highest levels while also understanding public attitudes and how different audiences can be reached and persuaded.

Migrants Resource Centre aims to be the leading policy voice on issues of migration and integration in the UK. Our goal is to build the case for a fair and balanced approach to migration that works for everyone – including migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and long settled communities, as well as business and the economy.

As our Policy & Campaigns Manager, you will be a leading public face of MRC, playing an instrumental part in ensuring we continue to drive meaningful change at this critical time for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the UK.

Every decision we make at MRC is grounded in a deep understanding of the needs of those we serve, and this role offers an opportunity to join a highly-regarded organisation that is delivering real and lasting social change within our society. The successful post holder will contribute to the corporate leadership of the charity and the implementation of its new strategy. The challenge is both exciting and significant.
